1. Overview of Services

Marqolix provides market making, liquidity provision, trading strategy consulting, and analytics services primarily for blockchain-based assets and digital tokens. Our services are intended for professional use by project teams, exchanges, and institutional partners.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms;
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where such services are prohibited by law;
• Represent a legitimate project, entity, or organization with the appropriate legal structure and licensing where applicable.

3. Disclaimer and Risk Notice

• Marqolix does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
• Market making and trading involve significant financial risk. Clients must fully understand and accept all risks associated with volatility, token exposure, and regulatory uncertainty.
• The performance of past or current strategies does not guarantee future results.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during onboarding;
• Respect all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction;
• Not misuse our services for fraudulent, manipulative, or deceptive practices;
• Maintain confidentiality regarding strategic trading advice and reports shared by Marqolix.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. Marqolix reserves the right to adjust its pricing model, with prior notice. Late or failed payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

6. Confidentiality

Marqolix respects the confidentiality of all client information. Unless required by law, no client data, wallet details, performance metrics, or strategic documents will be shared with third parties without written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, software tools, and branding displayed on Marqolix.com are the intellectual property of Marqolix unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material without express authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marqolix and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or service if we suspect a violation of these Terms or any applicable law. Clients may also terminate their agreement with 7 days written notice, subject to the terms of any active service agreement.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
